Travis and I will both be celebrating our 30th birthdays next year. So we agreed that we wanted to be in the best shape of our lives by the time we are 30. This gives me roughly 9 months and 11 for Travis. We have started this mission by running. Travis is a runner, I am not. So it will be very tough for me. We try to run together at least once a week. I also run on my treadmill at home. Aside from Travis keeping me motivated, I hooked myself up with the nike + system and an ipod nano. This tracks your pace, distance, and calories burned for every workout and records them on the internet. You can set goals and keep track of your progress. It is SWEET. Here is my first run under the new system. Mind you, up to this week, I have never ran 2 miles non-stop in my live. I have done it 2 days in a row so far.......
